With filming taking place over 3 site visits across 6 months, we mapped the entire construction development of a large industrial unit in Team Valley, Gateshead, for the company that built it.

FULL PROGRESS PROMO VIDEO
This promotional video was created for website, social media and to assist with future instructions for the company.
It captures the key parts and moments from each stage, using a variety of drones and editing techniques.
"TIMELAPSE-STYLE" VIDEO
Using our state of the art drones, we were able to plan, map, fly and save the same routes for each visit.
With the exact same flight path for each visit, we were able to create a timelapse-style video of the development.
DRONE VIDEO WITH MOTION GRAPHICS
After the second visit, we added motion graphics containing key information about the development to help generate further interest, and showcase the info alongside something visually appealing to investors and stakeholders.
DRONE VIDEO WITH AI/VISUAL EFFECTS
We created a short video showing the company’s logo as a banner rolling down from the roof of the development.
All we required was the original video, a file of the company’s logo and we did the rest.
A great little add-on for putting your company logo on a project at a fraction of the usual expense.
INDIVIDUAL VISITS - SHORT PROMOS
Timely updates for each visit
Even though the final “Start to Finish” Videos were the main deliverables, we were also instructed to provide some shorter clips after each visit. Because each visit was months apart, it allowed stakeholders and prospective buyers to be updated about the progress, as well as giving the company a polished video to be able to post and showcase.

I booked a half days Drone training with Dan from Drone Studio North East Ltd. Never having used any type of drone or simulator before I was initially nervous. We asked the team at Drone Studio North East to help us market the launch our new Nursery in Newcastle. Dan was very helpful and made some really positive suggestions which we incorporated.
On the day of filming Dan made sure he knew exactly what we were after and at no point was time against us. He spent all the time we needed with us until we got exactly what we wanted.
Within a few days after his visit Dan sent through a draft video which also included some graphics and music and we were very pleased with the result. Overall a great product at a very reasonable price.
