Situated in the heart of County Durham, Beamish Glamping is a site featuring four luxury lodges each fitted with a private hot tub.
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Drone photography of the individual lodges as well as the site itself.
As a business with not just individual luxury lodges to show-off but also its peaceful and secluded surroundings, aerial photography was a great way to upgrade marketing material for the website and socials.
PRIMARY CINEMATIC DRONE PROMO
Slow-paced, cinematic promotional video for the Beamish Glamping site.
Taking course over the full day and an early morning, this video was shot (and later edited) to capture the tranquil vibes of Beamish Glamping and its lodges.
The Oak - FPV Fly-Through
A short fly-through of one of the lodges.
The newest lodge – The Oak – was built and opened in 2024 and required some of its own marketing material for the website and social media. This was a short fly-through tour of the beautiful space.
MATTERPORT DIGITAL TWIN
The Matterport Digital Twin / Virtual Tour gives potential bookers the opportunity to fully look around the property before booking. This enhances booker confidence as they are able to fully gauge the size of the property, be exposed to all of its best features (“I didn’t know they had a TV with Netflix!”) and feel more comfortable envisioning themselves there. The added tags, images and links turns the space into a fully functional sales funnel.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
Ongoing Content Creation - Staying At the forefront of your customer's eyes and minds.
We filmed and carefully edited a number of unique vertical videos ready to be posted accompanied with music on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, where many of this business’s target audience spend their time browsing. Converting eyes into engagement into revenue.

I booked a half days Drone training with Dan from Drone Studio North East Ltd. Never having used any type of drone or simulator before I was initially nervous. Dan put me at ease and we started the training session, Dan covered all aspects from taking the drone out of the box, carrying out safety checks before going through the controls. We asked the team at Drone Studio North East to help us market the launch our new Nursery in Newcastle. Dan was very helpful and made some really positive suggestions which we incorporated.
On the day of filming Dan made sure he knew exactly what we were after and at no point was time against us. He spent all the time we needed with us until we got exactly what we wanted.
Within a few days after his visit Dan sent through a draft video which also included some graphics and music and we were very pleased with the result. Overall a great product at a very reasonable price.

He was great at clearly explaining how to stay legally compliant; talking through the different photo/video settings and showing us different shooting techniques. Dan was an absolute professional (really nice guy too), offering plenty of advice on how to optimise the online presence of the property through the incredible footage gathered using his drone.
